Point Vicente Lighthouse
The spirit of the first lightkeeper’s wife is believed to roam this structure. She is seen as a tall woman with lengthy, tangled hair and a nice flowing gown. The story with her is that she fell off a cliff near the lighthouse when she was trying to find her way out of the fog. The cause of her return is believed to be the boarding up of the landward side of the lighthouse’s beacon, due to neighbor complaints that the light bothered them.
